Raw Material Preparation
The first step in manufacturing is selecting and drying PET resin (polyethylene terephthalate) granules. These granules absorb moisture, so they are dried using a dehumidifying dryer to prevent any impact on the final product quality.
Injection Molding
The dried PET granules are heated and melted in an injection molding machine. The molten PET is then injected into preform molds, where it solidifies into the desired shape. These preforms are intermediate products used to make bottles.
Quality Control & Packaging
Each batch of preforms is inspected to ensure the size, weight, color, and transparency meet customer standards. The approved preforms are then packaged and prepared for shipment.
LOGISTICS SERVICES
We provide logistics services such as warehousing and storage, transport and distribution, mover services, freight and custom declaration and all necessary services till the port.
